Paid Closings - Paid Vacation

I will be closed for 14 days paid vacation and 7 paid sick/personal days per year. When terminating care 1 week paid vacation will still be paid to provider in addition to your 3 week termination notice.

In the event ACW will need to close for sick time you will be contacted either by Phone, Text or Email as soon as possible. If you can not be contacted then when you arrive at ACW you will see the CLOSED sign on the door, so please check your contact information to be sure it is up to date at all times so we wont have any issues with anyone driving out of there way.

Time off will be used for family Vacation, Professional Training and Sick/Personal Days. I will notify you as soon as possible if and when I will be closed.

When the holiday falls on a Saturday the Friday before will be taken as a paid holiday, when the holiday falls on a Sunday the Monday after will be taken as a paid holiday.

·         A Child’s World will be paid for the following dates listed below:

·         Parents are responsible for payment of these holidays.

·         Exact dates will be posted in the parent’s news letter

__Easter-Friday & Monday

__Independence Day - 07/04

__Memorial Day-Friday & Monday  

__Labor Day

__Thanksgiving Day-Thursday & Friday

__Christmas- 12/24, 12/25 & 12/26  

Early Closings

__Halloween - Close at 4:00pm

__Thanksgiving Eve - Close at 4:00pm 

__December 23rd.-Close at 3:00pm  

There may also be days that ACW will need to close early do to appointments or training classes. These days no rate adjustments will be made as your child would have already been in care for most of the day.
