Registration Fee

·        $40.00 Non refundable registration fee for new applicants.

·        Why do I pay this fee?

·        You pay this fee hold your space until your Doctor has completed all paperwork.

·        Paperwork processing and handling.

·        Provider’s family time and interview procedures.

·        So I know you are serious about starting your child at my childcare facility.

   Extra items needed daily  

·         Craft Materials

·         Extra Treats

·         Rewards

·         Replace the use of car seat

·         Bibs

·         Cups

Snack Fee

$3.00 per week for am children only, please don’t send in any food.

Supply Fee

$20.00 per quarter or as needed.

Why do I pay this fee?

·         Replace used supplies

·         Lesson Book 

·         New Crafts

·         Special Treats 

Summer Fee

Water Charge is $5.00 per summer month (June, July & August $15.00 total summer)  

Why do I pay this fee? 

• Because all children love to have outdoor play and when the weather is warm or hot outside we will still be going out to play daily and we will use Hose Water, Water Sprinkler, Water Table, Water Slide and squirt bottles filled with water so to help keep the cost down and still be able to have water fun days when the weather is nice and still keep your normal tuition rates the same all year at ACW I will charge $5.00 per month/$15.00 per summer to help with the water bill.   

Can you pay it all at once?

• You will need to pay your summer water charge all at the same time and  it must be paid by May 30^th.
• Total due would be $15.00 and no other water charge will be charged to you for the summer.
