Indoor/Outdoor Playtime
I will take all precautions to avoid your child from becoming hurt while your child is playing here at ACW, but in the event your child falls or becomes hurt then any and all medical bills will be your responsibility and you agree not to pursue a law suite to A Child’s World /Laurie and James Heisler Jr. Your child will have time to play out side when the weather permits, but if you do not agree to this statement then they will not be permitted to play on any play equipment that is above ground level. This includes swings, play houses, rock wall, rock hill, both slides, roller coaster car, infant play zone gold fish and any other toys that are active.
